Silent Flow Plus blower packages
- Acoustic enclosure with flame-retardant lining withstanding harsh weather conditions and ensure a long life. Forced ventilation by a motorized fan.
- All packages assembled on a palletisable base with an earth connection. Pressure gauge on discharge and an inlet filter restriction indicator are standard.
- Belt tensioning system to allow automatic adjustment of the motor position to save maintenance time on the delicate Belt/ Pulley adjustment. Suitable for various design and weights of motor (iron and light alloy housings, NEMA standards, etc).
- Inlet filter-silencer to limit noise lever and to protect blowers against premature wear and tear. It also diminishes pulsations.
- Anti-vibration base to reduce dynamic forces, it supports the blower motor assembly, and inlet filter silencer.
- Discharge Assembly: pipe with a factory fitted & calibrated safety valve, isolated pressure gauge, non-return valve and a flexible connector.
- High-pressure blower packages with an oil change system consisting of two check valves with internal pistons and safety caps (one per housing).
- Optional starting valve to prevent overcharging your power network when starting the motor. It is often necessary for star/delta starting.
